Brentwood has long been a popular destination as it has a wide variety of housing. Catering for all tastes and budgets from studio flats to substantial detached properties in prestigious residential locations with a range of architecture from older Victorian & Edwardian homes, through to sought after 1930s, and small developments of New Build. There are also highly regarded public and private schools for all ages as well as parks, excellent shopping facilities and an array of bars, restaurants, and public houses. Also, with several Golf courses to the town’s periphery, Brentwood is located just outside the M25 at junction 28. There are good road links with the A12 and the A127. Excellent rail links at Brentwood station with recently opened Elizabeth Line.
