Estate agency
Our estate agency offices are located in Romford, Hornchurch, Laindon, Brentwood, Shenfield and Ingatestone. Each office provides a comprehensive service in these and surrounding areas. Our reputation in this field has built up over many years and our aim is to provide the very highest level of professional advice.

Lettings
We provide a comprehensive residential letting and management service to both individuals and corporate organisations. We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Financial services
Through our associate company, Hilbery Chaplin Financial Services Limited, we offer fully independent advice on mortgages, investments, pensions and insurances. Financial advice is available to all, not just prospective property purchasers.

We are founder members of the Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) and are regulated by the Personal Investment Authority (PIA).

Survey & valuation
Our team of professionally qualified Chartered Surveyors provide advice on the value and
condition of all types of residential property. We act for most of the major lending sources as well as individual purchasers, existing owners and housing associations.

We provide valuations for a wide range of purposes and regularly carry out RICS homebuyer reports and building surveys for intending purchasers.

We operate the Quest system to produce our reports as used by many banks and building societies.

Our lettings, estate agency, survey and financial services offices are fully accredited to ISO 9002 standards by the British Standards Institution.
