modern.

As qualified Chartered Surveyors our team is experienced in inspecting properties, advising on maintenance, repairs and problem solving and implementing solutions.

Appropriate plans are prepared for Local Authority approvals for refurbishment and alterations and if necessary for Listed Building Consent.

Other services include: Schedules of Condition for leases, negotiating and implementing building insurance claims and investigating and reporting on building defects and disputes.
